In 2014, a Portuguese family of 5 realized that many young people who came to Lisbon to study or to take their first job opportunity could not find accommodations that were truly prepared to welcome them. The options available did not offer anything besides old furniture, dark spaces, and weird flatmates. As this reality was getting closer to the family, the motivation to start Students Corner arose stronger and stronger. To develop a real estate project that would provide all the necessary conditions for them to be successful and happy in their new city.
